About the Wine
Cold air coming down from the mountains mixed with warm air from the sea allows Chardonnay to shine. A blend of two vineyard sites: northern Colli Orientali providing minerality, freshness and acidity, and Isonzo closer to the sea providing weight and body. Aged 9 months on lees in stainless steel (70%) and neutral botte (30%). Aromas of honey, green apple and lemon.
