About the Wine
Burgundian exception since it is the only Sauvignon of Burgundy. With a golden color with green highlights, this vintage expresses notes of white peach and grapefruit citrus types, supported by a mineral that can be distinguished in the back of the mouth. This vintage also offers notes of blackcurrant buds. The wine is 100% stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and fruitiness. Origin: village of Saint-Bris le Vineux, north-west exposure, Portlandian soil (Upper Jurassic limestone), vines of 28 years.
